THE FOLLOWING PRIVACY POLICY APPLIES TO ALL USERS OF WWW.ARDENWOODMUSIC.COM AND ITS ASSOCIATED WEBSITES, FEATURES, CONTENT, MATERIALS, APPS, PRODUCTS, AND/OR SERVICES (COLLECTIVELY, THE “WEBSITE”), WHICH IS OWNED AND/OR OPERATED BY Ardenwood Entertainment LLC (“ARDENWOOD,” “US” OR “WE”). PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY SINCE IT DESCRIBES THE TYPES OF INFORMATION WE COLLECT, HOW WE COLLECT AND USE INFORMATION, THE CIRCUMSTANCES IN WHICH WE DISCLOSE OR SHARE INFORMATION, AND HOW YOU CAN ACCESS, UPDATE OR DELETE CERTAIN INFORMATION WE HAVE COLLECTED ABOUT YOU.
WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Website, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Website, and information about how you interact with the Website. DO WE DISCLOSE ANY INFORMATION TO THIRD PARTIES?
We do not sell, rent, lease, provide or otherwise disclose your Personal Information to unaffiliated entities. We will always let you know if we intend to provide any of your Personal Information to an unaffiliated third party or a party not helping us provide the services offered through the Website, and we will ask you to consent (“opt-in”) whenever we intend to do so.
We may employ operational service providers to facilitate our provision of the Website, to provide the Website on our behalf, provide customer support, perform Website-related services (e.g., maintenance services, database management, web analytics, and improvement of the Website’s features), or to assist us in analyzing how our Website is used. Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.
Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. DATA RETENTION
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
MINORS
We do not knowingly collect or solicit any Personal Information from children under the age of 13. If you are under 18, you are not authorized to use our Website without express permission from your parent or legal guardian. Parents and legal guardians should be aware that there are parental control tools available online that you can use to prevent your children from submitting information online without parental permission or from accessing material that is harmful to minors.
CHANGES
We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.
USERS OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES
This Privacy Policy is intended to cover the collection of information from residents of the United States. The Website and the services upon which the Website is hosted are located in the United States. Personal Information you submit using the Website will be transferred to and stored in the United States. By visiting the Website and submitting Personal Information, you authorize this transfer.
